- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank has very poor customer service. I'm a small business and deal with frustration after frustration in how much they won't support their customers. I have several accounts with them and have decided to move away from them because of their lack of attention to customer service. They promise customer service and deliver nothing. I asked for copies of canceled checks and statements that I don't have access to and they refuse to get them for me. It takes two weeks for one person to ask another person to ask a person to maybe sometimes get it completed. It's not worth the headaches to bank here.By Scott Schuessler, July 06, 2017
